TLC@Home was first started in 2006 by Shelley James of The Hairstyle Inn, TLC@Home started off small distributing shoeboxes of gifts to one Saskatoon community  school ( Princess Alexandra). Now 10 years later Cameco and Global Saskatoon have joined them along the way as partners in the gift program.
